Serving pancakes breakfast during Maple Weekend.
Our facility is located in a remote area of the Western Finger Lakes region, where the hills and valleys are some of the most beautiful scenery in New York State. The area's glacial geography and geology provide a wealth of sparkling spring water from our beautiful hills. This moist environment grows some of the best sugar maple trees in the northeast United States. It is from these trees that they collect the maple sap and process it into pure maple syrup and maple syrup products. On maple weekend we’ll provide maple syrup tasting, sugar on snow and various snacks. We will also lead hikes into our woods to see the sugar bush and tour our modern sugarhouse.
Directions: From the north or east take NYS Route 21 south through Naples. One mile past North Cohocton, turn right on County Route 38 (Rowe Road). Go about a half mile and turn left on Pardy (Pardee) Hollow Road. We are three miles up on your right. From the west or south take NYS Route 21 North through Wayland. Go 6 miles past Wayland and turn left on County Route 38 (Rowe Road). Go about a half mile and turn left on Pardy (Pardee) Hollow Road. We are three miles up on your right.
