Activities: The Moore family opens their Pancake House and sugar shack every March through the end of April. Our 5,600-tap maple operation is n tubing and man-made vacuum. We use a reverse osmosis unit, a steam-away, and a new high efficiency oil-fired arch. Nextto the sugar shack is our pancake house, where we serve all-you-can eat butter milk pancakes. We have decorated it with family antiques, ranging from an oxen yoke to a 1910 wedding dress. On Maple Weekend we will have wagon rides to the sugar bush. Wewill offer samples of our maple products.

Activities: We are a 5th and 6th generation maple family. Moser's Maple was established in April 1904. Although this is our first year participating in Maple Weekend with our own sugarhouse, we have been very active with other Maple Weekend activities since the eventbegan. We are honored to say that we are the 2012 Worl Maple Syrup Grand Champion, judged so at the Wolr Maple Syrup Festival in St. Johnsbury Vt. We are best know for our award winning melt in your mouth maple candy. We are a traditional sugarbush ina traditional setting with technological advances. We will have Jake offering a maple confections demo, Bryan an RO demo, and weather permitting a walk-it-yourself woods tour or a horse drawn hayride. As always all our products will be for sale.

Directions: From the 4 corners in Croghan (Nice n Easy is at one corner) go east on CR 24(Kirschnerville Rd) for 2.9 miles. Left on Erie Canal Rd 1/2 mile. 1st right on Yousey Rd which merges with Croghan Reservoir Rd in 1 mile. We are on left.

Activities: We have been making maple syrup here on our farm since 1981. Our sugar house is right next to the road so visitors are welcome anytime during the maple season. We have 5000+ taps using all buckets, and boil on a high efficiency wood fired evaporator andpiggyback. We make and sell (year round) maple syrup, sugarcakes, maple cream, and granulated sugar, and will have samples for you to try. We invite you to take a tractor and wagon ride to the sugarbush where you can try snowshoes and gathering sap, IFweather permits or come to the sugarhouse and enjoy the smell of syrup boiling. (Maple Weekends open Saturdays only.)

Directions: Travel south from Carthage approximately 6 miles to the hamlet of Denmark or north from Lowville 8 1/2 miles. We live on the Wilson Road which intersects Route 26 just south of Denmark. Our farm is in 1 mile on the right, directly by the road.

Activities: We will be making maple cream, boiling sap and using our reverse osmosis machine. Weather permitting, we will have sugarbush tours. On Sundays there will be wagon rides. We will be serving complimentary silver dollar pancakes both weekends!We will also bemaking maple cotton candy.

Directions: Take the Canajoharie exit from the NY thruway (I-90). Take route 10 north for seven miles (just past the Ephratah Firehouse). Turn right onto Mud Road. Sugarhouse is about 1.5 miles on the right.
